"I like this store a lot..."
I like this store a lot, so maybe I’m a little biased, but the parking situation definitely gets on my nerves. I stopped by after work and had to circle around a few times before finally finding a spot. The store itself is worth going to, I just wish parking was less of a hassle.

"Still Haven’t Received It"
It’s been a full week and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. I’m not sure if this is normal or if something got delayed, but I was expecting to have it by now. Can someone confirm what’s going on?

"Felt a Bit Brushed Off"
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would. They answered my question in the end, so I can’t say it was terrible, but the whole thing kind of made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. It was okay overall, just not as responsive or helpful as I’d hoped.

"Cheaper for my regular vitamins and hayfever meds"
I’ve been using Chemist Warehouse for a while now, mostly when I need to stock up on vitamins or grab hayfever tablets before the season gets bad. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed the prices are usually better than what I’d pay at my local pharmacy, and even after adding postage, it still often comes out cheaper. The website can be a bit messy to get around sometimes, but for the savings, I don’t mind too much. My orders have all arrived fine so far, so I’ll probably keep using them

"Decent prices, but a bit too crowded"
I go here sometimes because the prices are good, which helps when I’m trying to keep the shopping bill down. The staff have always been fine and I usually find what I need, but the store gets really packed. The aisles feel narrow, especially if you’ve got a basket or a pram, and it can be a bit stressful trying to get around. Good for saving a bit of money, just not the most relaxed shopping trip.

The store was clean enough and nothing felt gross or neglected, which I definitely appreciate. I did get a little confused by the layout though and ended up wandering more than I expected. Not the end of the world, I do that in grocery stores too when they move the coffee aisle, but it could be a bit easier to navigate...

I ordered a few vitamins and some skincare bits from Chemist Warehouse, and from what I remembered picking online, everything matched up when it arrived. No missing items, no random wrong products, which was a relief. Based on this order, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again without worrying too much.

I ordered a few skincare items and vitamins from Chemist Warehouse, and everything seemed genuine to me. The packaging and seals looked the same as what I’ve seen in store, the expiry dates were fine, and there were no weird smells or dodgy-looking labels. Overall I’m happy with the products and would buy again, though after taking the time to share my experience, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of compensation or small credit for a future order

"Click and collect took longer than it should have"
My click and collect order wasn’t ready on time, which was annoying. Pickup itself was easy once it was finally available, but it feels like there’s always some little policy loophole that lets them say the timing is just an estimate instead of actually sticking to it.

"Easy to Find What I Need"
I’ve used Chemist Warehouse a few times now it’s been hassle-free. The things I usually need, like vitamins, hayfever tablets and skincare, are almost always in stock, which makes life a lot easier. Some other shops near me run out of stuff all the time, so being able to check online before I go really helps. It’s simple, straightforward and saves me stress, which I genuinely appreciate.

"Pretty sure I always get caught in the checkout line"
I only popped in to grab one thing, but somehow ended up stuck in a massive queue. Maybe I just went at a bad time, but the checkout felt like it took forever and the staff didn’t seem to be moving all that quickly. I’d probably avoid it if I was in a hurry.

"Script refill was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I used Chemist Warehouse for a script refill it was frustrating. The order just sat there for days with no clear update, and when I called the store, they didn’t seem to know what was going on. I get that things get busy, but give me a break, it’s a prescription, not some random online order. The prices are decent, but the whole prescription service felt messy and slow. I don’t think I’d be keen to use it again.

"Product was fine, but the packaging was a hassle"
The products themselves were ok, but the packaging showed up beaten up. I had to spend extra time checking everything to make sure nothing was damaged, which was kind of annoying and just felt like extra work I shouldn’t have had to deal with
